I honked in after a full day of NYC tourist events and the floor manager brought me a bag of ice. And the concierge was relentless in helping us to find our was. Best of all the desk workers were extremely helpful and kind. "

"The location of this hotel was the best part. 8 min walk to subway station, and 12 min walk to Times Square. Staff was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. My room had a great view and bed was comfortable, very clean too. Housekeeping staff and services were very friendly. The only thing negative is there is no hair dryers in the room, but that wouldn't stop me from coming back! "
