"The Staff was quite friendly. However the parking fee of $10. per night was an unexpected expense. The facility would have gotten a better rating if the breakfast area did not have dust built up on the wall behind the equipment. There was dust hanging from the hooks on the wall and the wall's decorative railing. Christina was a pleasure to deal with at the front desk. "

"Hotel was in the perfect location, next to the port authority bus terminal. All staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and set you up for the day. Reception staff were extremely supportive with a delivery package problem that I had which was eventually resolved."
