The only minor downside was that the Concierge staff pushed the timeshare VIP access proposal a little too hard. However, that didn’t take away from the wonderful experience we had. "My wife and I hadn't been at an all exclusive for at least 10 years following multiple disappointing 5 star experiences. We decided to give Hotel Mousai a try for a short 5 day trip to wind off and get away from our kids. We were overwhelmed by the quality of everything Mousai has to offer. Room was great, staff was great, rooftop terrace was amazing with a nice chill vibe, NOI restaurant serves premium food and drinks. Other guests were respectful and quiet but still ready to have fun. You cannot go wrong at Mousai and we will definitely go back."
