"Amazing strong drinks with top shelf alcohol. Great food! My husband said the sushi was very fresh and some of the best he’s had at a resort. Wish they had more breakfast options than just the buffet. Beach is gorgeous. Housekeeping is amazing and hard working. We always walked into a clean room and loved the nightly turn down service."

"If you are a couple looking for a quiet and peaceful vacation, this is the resort for you! I’ve stayed at other Excellence resorts (in Playa Mujeres and Riviera Cancún), and this one by far was the most chill. Service was great! Oscar on the beach kept the food and drinks coming as needed and Marisol ensured that there were FUN, daily activities for those who wanted a little more! (Although we did not receive our hat for winning the guacamole championship!) - overall, we had a great time! It was clean, quiet and the food was really very good. "

"My wife and I arrived on 4/11/25 and were breath taken by the whole resort. Services were beyond anything I could ever ask for. Additionally, it made us feel like a weight has been lifted and we could breathe and relax. The food was exceptional, the room service was perfect, and overall it was just perfect. We had help from lots of staff members, but the one who stuck out to me was David who over saw the beach area. The one who wore the red shirt. He made our seating experience go smooth every time we showed up. Thank you all for the beautiful experience!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Villa del Palmar Cancun! The resort was absolutely gorgeous, the staff was so friendly and accommodating, the food was amazing, and the overall atmosphere was the perfect combination of relaxing and family friendly. There are a lot of activities planned for kids, which is really nice. We celebrated my son's 4th birthday while on vacation here and the staff was so sweet in making his day special. I would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend to others! We had a wonderful vacation!"
