"Hotel stay was good. For the cost of the hotel there were a few areas of cleanliness in the room which could have been better. We book this hotel with the thought that there were balconies in the room. (noted picture and verbiage on web site) Don't be fooled as there are not balconies. We were looking through dirty glass at the ocean. It felt like we were in a fish bowl. The windows were screwed down so you could not even open it up for fresh air. Very disappointed. The resort has it all, huge pool with up pool bar, a big jacuzzi that is truly hot, delicious food and drinks, etc. Easy Uber rides to/from Old San Juan."

"The pool was awesome. The staff was amazing. Especially liked the main bar bartenders, Ruben and Raymond. They were great guys to talk with, and made our experience a lot more fun! Rooms were always clean and beds were very comfortable. Only bad thing there was the no-seeum bugs that bite like crazy.... we would definitely return! "
