The staff was warm and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and places to see. My only concern was that the room was unusually small, but the overall services and hospitality of the staff made up for it. Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely resort but our room wasn’t ready and check in time (4pm) and desk clerk wouldn’t tell us how long it would take til we could check in. We went back an hour and a half later and room still wasn’t ready. Tired from a very long day of traveling, we asked to talk to a manager who kindly found a room we could check into. An unpleasant start to an otherwise lovely stay."

"Our Go-To hotel when we go to San Juan. They have a casino, restaurant and a pool. I’m not really into the resort fee they charge as we don’t really care about gym and drinks that that fee include but it’s great that chairs and umbrellas are included in that price. Although, last time we stayed there, they didn’t have any available. Not sure if restaurant is owned by hotel, this last visit in February 2025 - it seemed like service is declining.
