The hotel was beautiful and the staff was excellent. Breathtaking poolside view. What I did miss in the room was a mirror outside of the bathroom for someone else to get ready if the bathroom was in use. No microwave to heat up leftovers. No fan in the bathroom for after a shower.

Great hotel with wonderful staff and areas around hotel. The pool can be a bit more cleaner and colder, there was warm water in the pool and daily and it didn’t seem dirty but was never clear. Access to the beach and the adult pool area was great to have. Staff was very attentive and helpful. I would love to return to this hotel and would recommend it.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an incredible experience! The room was spacious, featuring a lovely sitting area and a stunning bathroom with a sit bath, a massage shower, and even a bidet. The water pressure in the shower was perfect—such a treat! The hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. The infinity pool left me speechless—truly a highlight of the stay. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful, always going above and beyond. The food was outstanding, adding to the luxurious experience. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Puerto Rico! A well-deserved 5-star rating in every category.

The place is very nice and always clean. The location is the best for me. Walk to downtown old San Juan or get a cab. Condado, one of the best place in Puerto Rico. I have been visiting for over 20 years.
