"Hotel.com didn sending my reservation to the hotel, so i cant check in at first night coz Reservation agent is go home already.. so i need to pay for first night untill next day the Reservation agent contacting CS of Hotel.com and solved my problem. But this is really dissapointed"

"We had such a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bartenders were incredible. The Room was clean and housekeeping was awesome. The Ribeye Steak and the Margarita Pizza was off the wall. Fernando at the pool was quite enjoyable and attentive. “Thank You” We will definitely be back"

"I loved our stay, the room was absolutely gorgeous & very spacious! All of the amenities worked perfectly, lots of storage space and no issues overall except we experienced one very brief power outage but power was back up in seconds. The pool was lovely and clean, loved the friendly & helpful staff as well!"
