"This place was amazing. Not only was the property a taste of what local culture is like in San Juan, but the owners respond very quickly. It is between Condado and the airport so, Ubers were readily available at all times. Restaurants and local markets are near by they have essential cooking appliances for you to use if you choose to make your own food. They left us a bottle of wine and a nice letter. Overall great experience and I plan to come back. "

"The villa is situated right on the water. Kayak is available for sailing. The kitchen and bathroom are on ground floor are open air. Bedroom and 2nd toilet is located upstairs. Bedroom consists just of king size bed and night tables attached to the wall, no closet space. The area provides easy contact with nature and privacy, though is distant to dining and stores (about 20 min, drive). "

The place is spectacular, clean and comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for a great Vieques vacation. "We enjoyed our stay! Ryan was very helpful with any questions we had! Check in process was easy. In a great location at the base of El Yunque rainforest. Worked great for 14 people. Would definitely recommend to large groups who would like having a pool and hot tub. "

"Just home from our great vacation at Palma Vista Villa. The condo is clean, roomy and very comfortable. The top floor deck became our end of day relaxation area. Easy access to Seven Seas Beach and several very good local restaurants. Mike and Ivelisse are fantastic hosts.
