Find All-inclusive Hotel in Puerto Rico Island

"Very clean, maintained nicely, a lot of the staff is bilingual if you need spanish and english. The pools were very clean, beaches clean. Theres lots of options, fairly priced, for boating, kayaking, etc. The food wasnt great, but it wasnt bad either. I only had lunch & dinner once during my whole stay. There was live music on friday night, which was nice. If you like to hike or run, the road is safe to do both. The security guards were very nice & tge waitstaff in the restaurants were also...

"The pool was awesome. The staff was amazing. Especially liked the main bar bartenders, Ruben and Raymond. They were great guys to talk with, and made our experience a lot more fun! Rooms were always clean and beds were very comfortable. Only bad thing there was the no-seeum bugs that bite like crazy.... we would definitely return! "

"Hotel stay was good. For the cost of the hotel there were a few areas of cleanliness in the room which could have been better. We book this hotel with the thought that there were balconies in the room. (noted picture and verbiage on web site) Don't be fooled as there are not balconies. "I liked that the pool area had shade for people that got too much sun to be able to still enjoy it. There was a casino attached so there was entertainment at night. Only downfall was the meals were rather expensive. We went out on the local economy which was easy to do at this location. I would return."

"The property was beautiful. The staff were extremely welcoming, especially Angel when he brought our luggage to our room. He took the time to give us an extensive run down of the property. He deserves a raise!! However, we were charged for a meal we did not eat and it was a hassle to get it taken off. Getting in and out of the resort was a bit of a hassle but we got the hang of it. The restaurants on the resort were 'mid' at best and pretty overpriced. We ate most of our meals off of the resort....
