"The front desk is the brains of the hotel, receptionist Nayelis Torres is truly an asset for the hotel. She is a very caring and understanding person. The evening happy hrs were truly enjoyable. The morning breakfast was made to order, the breakfast staff is awesome, the beach was fantastic, transportation was readily available for off-site excursions. Many local restaurants are few short blocks away from the hotel. Casino is also on site and a beautiful pool area is on rear of the property."

We also didn't like the area they hold your bags in anyone could come take the bags or go though them because it was in a unlocked open area. Also didn't like room window at street level. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. "

"The staff were awesome. They went above and beyond without being asked. The room was slightly smaller than I’m used to but it met our needs. Only issue was, no parking garage. I had to park several blocks away. Overnight parking from 8 PM to 9 AM was $55. Leaving it there a day and a half as family drive us around was $111. Other than parking, the hotel met every other need."
