As a solo traveler I was safe and secure. My room, the classic queen, was small, perfect for one, would’ve been a bit tight with two. Outlets were sparse (as expected in a building several hundred years old) and the Flat screen TV didn’t work great. Staff was friendly and welcoming *****."

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Old San Juan. The rooftop space was amazing too. We found this hotel and the area just stunning. The down side- Parking is a bit of a thing since you need to park at a nearby garage, and the bed was really uncomfortable- fine for a night but would be tough for a longer stay."

The front desk person told us the washer and dryer are free to use, but it turns out the dryer does not work at all. Besides that we really enjoyed the stay."
