"Problems with the thermostat in the room were not resolved during our stay. Shower ran out of hot water due to Puerto Rico’s rolling blackouts. Staff was very friendly, location superb."

"Overall for the condado area, it's a good hotel. The $45 dollar credit for drinks and food is a nice touch but can be confusing depending on the time you check in. If you're looking for mid tier hotel close to the action, it's a great choice."

"The view of the ocean and the lagoon is gorgeous. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the area is full of things to do, things to see, and is close to the tourist attractions, while not being in the more congested parts of San Juan. Perfect vacation!"
