Find Hotel with a Concierge in Puerto Rico Island

"Hotel stay was good. For the cost of the hotel there were a few areas of cleanliness in the room which could have been better. We book this hotel with the thought that there were balconies in the room. (noted picture and verbiage on web site) Don't be fooled as there are not balconies. We were looking through dirty glass at the ocean. It felt like we were in a fish bowl. The windows were screwed down so you could not even open it up for fresh air. Very disappointed. "The property was beautiful. The staff were extremely welcoming, especially Angel when he brought our luggage to our room. He took the time to give us an extensive run down of the property. He deserves a raise!! However, we were charged for a meal we did not eat and it was a hassle to get it taken off. Getting in and out of the resort was a bit of a hassle but we got the hang of it. The restaurants on the resort were 'mid' at best and pretty overpriced. We ate most of our meals off of the resort....
