"Great communication about check in. Felt very safe. Loved the variety of pools, beach. Appreciated the closet with balls, boggie board. Like they had washer and dryer. We were not able to log on to Wi-Fi. Would have been helpful to have a map of the property. "

"I loved that to enter the grounds you had to pass through security. The room was nice and spacious although the bathroom could use an upgrade. The tub was dingy and the floor tiles could use fresh grout. The grout was black. Service was slow at the outdoor restaurant. "

"Unfortunately, the hotel is under renovation which means the pool is closed, there are construction noises, and it isn't as clean as typical. A sister hotel pool was available but only accessible via shuttle. I was surprised that the room lacked some amenities. They provided shampoo, but not conditioner. There were no cups available in the room and when I requested one they said they were out. "
