"We stayed here because we thought it was close to ferry for next morning. Great apartment but we didn’t have food with us and was hard getting transportation to a restaurant. Winnie helped us locate one close by. Got a ride there but had trouble getting a taxi so walked back. No fault of owner. We didn’t do our homework "

"The apartment is cozy, nicely updated, and very clean- good for family of 6. There were some condiments which was very helpful to have on hand. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee pot (filters and coffee), toaster, cooking and eating utensils, plates, cups, mugs, frying pans and pots, aluminium foil, paper towels and dishwashing soap. Bathroom had facial tissue, extra roll of toilet paper and trash bag, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. The unit has ac in the living room and bedrooms. There are also pool noodles, camp chairs, a cooler, boogie boards and beach towels to use. The appliances worked well. The view is great from the upstairs terrace. Furniture is covered to protect it from rain so that it’s ready to use. Pool was clean and property well surveilled (security guard checked for our guest wrist bands). The gate passes worked well to get onto the premises and the electronic apartment door keypad was convenient. No issues with two parking spots. The property is quiet and you can hear the coqui frogs as well as spot some small lizards which we loved. The wifi was a little spotty in the bedrooms but worked perfectly fine in the living room/kitchen area. The closest beach was Playa Los Machos which has a lot of coconut fibers, wasn’t packed with people, and has very friendly stray dogs which people feed as they visit. Amy is professional and makes it easy to know what is expected to care for the Vrbo before you leave."

"If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would. The amenties were perfect for my family and I. The property was clean and beautifully renovated. The view is stunning and the host was very responsive and accomidating. I highly recommend this property to everyone and will certainly be returning."

"Our stay was mostly fine. The place is beautiful and well maintained. There were issues with checking and reaching the host. Eventually, there was communication, a bit slow at times. We were not given any details to check-in or wi-fi details until I reached out to host a couple hours before. Never received checkout information. Location is great and the place was comfortable and relaxing."
