"Overall, a great experience and would recommend this condo. The home is spacious and comfortable. Host checked on a possible problem with a sink and wanted to be sure it wasn’t an issue during our stay. Using the VRBO app to communicate rather than a text was a bit more complicated but every attempt was made to be sure we were satisfied. A couple of suggestions: more plates and better utensils. We had friends over and had fewer plates than people. A utensil fell apart while in use. Also, unclear...

"Nice sized house -rooms enough for our 2 children and my mother-first pic on add gives impression of being beachfront which was a letdown but if I had read through complete add I would have seen that -add is put together to give that impression tho-it is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach with a semi private backyard -well satisfied and communication with host was 5 stars !"

"This was our second visit to this house. Had everything we needed for our large group. House was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. The worse part are the stairs. They are the only reason we won’t be renting this house again. They were a little too much for some of us. "

"There were 5 of us and our dog, Ramona! We had the best time and the place was huge! Loved the 3rd floor kitchen with the living rooms on either side! We enjoyed coffee on the 3rd deck each morning and the walk to the beach was quick and easy for us all. Thank you again for a wonderful experience and we have already booked it again for next Summer!"

"This is a nice house, quite new and definitely up to date! The neighborhood homes are very close together, which we are not used to. Its a bit of a hike to the actual beachfront"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious home on the beach. It was clean, comfortable, and included all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well-equipped. Bedding and towels were comfy. We enjoyed the hot tub too. A couple steps added to the beach walkway would be helpful. We would definitely stay again."
