Brand New Gulf View 4 Bedroom Home

Emerald Coast Dream is the perfect new build 2023 vacation rental to enjoy a beach getaway on the Gulf of Mexico. Emerald Coast Dream offers a great gulf view, and four-bedrooms in a quiet south section of Cape San Blas.

Emerald Coast Dream features an open-air front porch to enjoy the Gulf breeze. The first floor provides plenty of natural lighting through picture windows. The living room includes a large sectional sofa and armchair, and large smart TV, the perfect venue for gathering with loved ones for vacation movie night! A cozy dining area just off the living room offers table seating for 6. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with, stainless steel appliances, Additional seating is available at the kitchen island with seating for 4. Alfresco dining is available on the patio. Also, on this level is a queen bedroom and full bath.

The top level is all about a good night's sleep. This floor features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, two rooms offer gulf views and access to the large porch. Each bedroom includes a new Smart TV. A laundry room is also conveniently located on this floor.

Each floor offers porches, perfect for lounging or a sunset dinner. The home is across the street from the beach and it's only about a three-minute walk to the closest beach access.

Emerald Coast Dream is a pet friendly home up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200.00
No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house is permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.

Perfect stay for amazing price

The house was extremely easy to get to and a short walk to the beach which was amazing. House had amazing views of the water despite not being “beach front”. Open space and great porch sitting. Glad to have found this place. We took our newborn and it was amazing.
