Our Cheerful Beach Cottage is a 1780 square foot home with 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, just minutes from beach access.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed with Smart TV. The en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity with shower and separate tub with walk in closet.

There are 3 additional bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 : Queen bed with a 43" Roku TV

Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Bedroom 3: 2 sets of bunk beds with 32" Roku TV

The dining room has a table with 2 benches and 2 chairs that will seat 8 comfortably with a max of 10. Large full kitchen with island and seating for 3. The kitchen is fully stocked.

There is a full size washer and dryer and a starter kit of amenities provided.

The living room has a 55" Smart Roku TV. Please note there are no local television stations connected to the TVs. If you’re planning to watch a big game or something important, you’ll need to find a streaming service compatible with a smart TV.

There is a small backyard with a view of the water and the bay. There are chairs on the front and back porch and a bbq grill available for use.

There is an outdoor shower on the side of the house. A wagon, beach toys and beach chairs are available for use.

We have a 10 person maximum and 3 vehicle maximum. No third party bookings allowed.

Windmark beach is dog friendly and we are a dog friendly rental. We will allow dogs (less than 50 lbs) to stay at our home. Please note: we do not have a fenced in yard. Please follow all rules regarding your dog.
