"Senior spring break"

"We loved our stay in the Windmark Beach community! The area is so lovely, beautiful landscape and adorable homes. We took advantage of the beach gear rental and received adult and child bikes, beach wagon (not included with house as seen in pic) life vests, and beach chairs. The bikes really came in handy for going to the village area, where there are shops and a few restaraunts. The walk is a bit far-maybe 10-15 minutes. We also rented a golf cart through Barefoot rentals and went all over the community, lots of beaches to visit. Windmark Beach paths are about 3 miles so plenty to explore. The beaches were clean and relaxing. There is a public beach access right down the street from the house or many more accessible by boardwalk within the community. My kids loved using the paddle board that came with the house. We enjoyed all the extra beach accessories like the sand toys, floats, badminton gear, etc. Nice not to worry about packing those things! Bring your own beach towels!The house itself was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfasts/dinners on the screened patio. We packed extra toilet paper, laundry pods, and paper towels. The keypad to get in the house is tricky and doesn't always work smoothly. You have to give it a few moments after entering the code to let it unlock. Renters need to know this before arriving. Loved our stay and will be back someday!"

"We absolutely loved everything. So close to the bay and beach. You can literally see th3 water from the porch. Very quiet with pools and a hot tub. I wouldn't change a thing about our stay. 5 stars across the board."

"Our family decided on Port St. Joe for spring break with a surprise visit from our oldest who is in the Air Force. We have stayed in the area before, but never here. The house had everything we needed! It is in a great location to the beach (which we were at most of the time) and the pool was an added bonus, which the kids spent most of the afternoons in. It was clean, spacious, and beautiful place to have fun but also relax.Joey was a great host and ensured we had everything we needed, and even provided a detailed email upon our arrival. He included several restaurant ideas, shops, and rental ideas. We thoroughly enjoyed Shoobie’s ice cream shop and renting bikes. We had a ton of laughs when playing the games that he provided in the house.We will definitely be back!"

"We were super surprised by the hoyse, and the community in windmark beach. House was really clean, nice layout, plenty of extra amenities. Towels, beach chairs, beach cart. Very nice. And the Windmark area was really cute. Boardwalks to houses, a great pizza place, 2 places to get ice cream, a coffee shop (with great coffee). We had just finished our 2 months on SGI, and was not ready to head north. Picked up this house for a “Mini” week vacation. So glad we did. Looking into staying next March. Hostess was easy to get ahold of. Very nice. Send a text on lady day, for check out procedures. That was nice, so I didn’t have to go back and look at agreements. Oh, and found a place in Port St Joe to get fresh shrimp. Highly recommend staying here. "

"We enjoyed our stay and wish we could have been there longer. This home is gorgeous and has everything needed. The bed was comfortable and the house was well equipped. The views were beautiful, we enjoyed the sunset most nights sitting on the deck. There is ample outdoor seating amd we saw dolphins and lots of birds. The neighborhood is quiet and sitting outside was peaceful. "
