"This villa and its grounds are beautiful, private, well kept and safe. Josue, the host and bartender, was incredibly wonderful! He shared so much good information, was very fun to talk with and made delicious margaritas and nonalcoholic drinks for the kids. He MADE the trip extra special. We were served a delicious breakfast every morning to begin our days of leisure around the pool, trips to local beaches and golf cart rides into town. "Our group had the best time in Sayulita and staying at this VRBO! The host was more than accommodating and helped us coordinate transportation, food, and groceries. The staff was so kind and took the best care of us. I would go back in a heartbeat! The walkability of the space is great, you can get anywhere without a car - but know that being in the heart of the city comes with a lot of noise. We used earplugs to sleep, and it was not a huge deal - worth it for the location in my opinion! "

There are a LOT of stairs and a winding dirt road to get there but that wasn't an issue for our group. Enjoyed every minute of this beautiful place. "

Barbara the manager or owner was always available by message as well. "We had an unfortunate incident of robbery while we were out on our first night. Regardless of the negative start, we are grateful for the prompt assistance of the hosts. Pre-arrival, the property manager helped booked 2 meals with an on-site chef & massages. Due to the robbery, we expressed no longer being able to afford the services. The hosts offered to cover them given the circumstances. Note we never asked them for a refund or money. The hosts brought us to the police & had the safes...

"This property is exactly as advertised and well equipped to entertain. We had a group of 11 for our trip and the 6 separate bedrooms were perfect for us. The location was close to town, an easy walk but I would recommend renting a golf cart for your trip, you'll be happy you did. The property manager, Ernesto, was excellent and gave us a great tour of the home when we arrived. He was available for anything we needed during our stay. Our group wasn't bothered by it, but of the 6 rooms, only two...

"Casa Mariluna is a great property with an excellent location. The pool and views of the ocean are outstanding. The house had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The property manager is Iris and she is wonderful. Iris is easy to work with and a great help in setting up transportation, chef dinner and massages in the house. Highly recommended this property."

"We could not take a shower till 1030. The next day couldn't get towels from the onsite host. I rented a golf cart. But couldn't get an answer which one was mine till 4 hours after being there. So we ended up walking into town. To buy water and get some dinner. There was only one stool to sit on with barely 2 square feet to read or set your wallet or purse down The bed was so uncomfortable we couldn't even sleep.
