"The staff was amazing, kind, friendly and patient. It's a simple hotel but it's right where you want to be near the beach, Malecon and zona romantic. Ac seemed to be leaking in the ceiling and room was musty at the end of the week."

"Absolutely love to this place! Although not a five-star, it's full of charm, old Mexican wooden doors, colorful tiles on the stairwells, and tons of plants and flowers. A four-story mango tree in the central Courtyard just tops it all off. Would absolutely stay here again! Felt safe with my daughter traveling, and the people were wonderful!"

"My partner and I just spent 6 days at this resort. It was beautiful!!! We walked in to the lobby, and gasped at the immediate ocean view. The staff were extremely friendly, and the buffet server we had (we had the same one everyday.. Alfredo) remembered our drink orders and the table we loved to sit at. There was amazing entertainment most nights, a beautiful swim up bar, and great Pina Coladas. Our only complaint was, the Italian restaurant gave my partner food poisoning, and room service never answered the phone. We had to go down to the lobby to order for after hours. The hotel dr came to our room promptly after the food poisoning, and we very helpful with her sickness. We will definitely be back, and with our kids next time. It looked like they had a lot of activities for kids. "
