"We stayed at a near by hotel for a couples days first and extended our Osaka trip staying at Monterey. We wished we booked here from the beginning!! Nice set up, spacious room. We loved their pillows! Cute decors too. West Exit of Osaka Station from Subways was a little confusing but we got used to it. 7 Eleven was by JR station and one near by. Easy walking distance to a lot of restaurants and Umeda area for shopping and transportation. This will be our hotel for Osaka stay!! "

Nous etions en famille avec 2 jeunes enfants qui ont été malade et ils ont été compréhensif et aidant. La proximité avec le métro et les autres lignes de train est un véritable avantage. Idem pour le château d'Osaka. Le onsen est bien, il faut cependant acheter des pansements pour cacher les tattous. Un family mart au n-1 de l'hôtel. Que du positif"
