The staff at this place are incredible. If you have any issues they will resolve it in matter of minutes. You have to do the trip to Fansipan as if you stay there you get a free upgrade to VIP and fast track. Take advantage of this as it will make the trip that much more convenient. One of the best places I’ve stayed and would recommend every time asked.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the city . Perfect location to explore . Food was wonderful as well. The Breakfast was amazing that is provided. Rooms very comfortable but ours was tad noisy. Not sure what you could do about that? Pickelball courts across street that were public and street noise. We also used the spa which was outstanding . We all loved SAPA. The hotel was icing on the cake. Staff top notch as well .

Great hotel in sapa
I stayed here for 2 nights with my girlfriend. Its one of the nicest looking hotels ive ever stayed in. Perfectly located in sapa near local transport routes and walking distance to plenty of places to eat. Bed was comfortbale and breakfast options were great. Great service from all the staff too.

A gem in the clouds of Sapa.
From entrance to dining, the hotel exudes the decadence and flamboyance of a French colonial past. This hotel is truly luxurious and although a bit pricier for Vietnam it is so worth the extra for the lovely stay it gives. The swimming pool is so outstandingly lavish. By far the best pool we’ve ever swam in. The staff are very friendly and go beyond to make sure we were looked after.
