"Great 3star place to stay out of centre but with great spa access.& nice grounds Rooms are large and have good showers/toiletries. Beds are comfortable - high off the ground but a stool is provided. Had a suite which had fridge and microwave. It has no meal facilities and place looks "tired". This is the US so Uber delivers & you can Uber/drive to places nearby"

"Christmas at the Gaylord is the best! I also appreciater the guest only additions this year. The bed in 1189 was TERRIBLE. I felt like I was sleeping on a wooden box. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and ejoyed our experience but after sleeping in this bed I woke up in so much pain. Especially for the price I expect more. "

"The room was spacious and comfortable. Having a small refrigerator and microwave in the room was very convenient. The lobby and the courtyard provided space to sit and relax, and the grounds were very well kept. The hotel is in close proximity to the airport (< 10 miles away). If I find myself in the Dallas area again, I will certainly return to stay here."

" Historical property well apportioned is unique. Location not great many homeless doesn't provide a secure feeling. Valet non-existant as the parking is seperate from the hotel so nobody to take and remove baggage from the room. That is annoying. "
