I traveled and stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton 2 weekends ago for my birthday vacation. I had the most amazing stay! The staff was very kind and welcoming, my location was such a perfect spot from all my activities I planned on doing in Dallas, housekeeping was very on point with the daily maintenance of my room, there’s was peace and quiet on my floor and overall a 10/10 experience. I felt extremely comfortable and safe during my stay :)

Everything is perfect. Parking lot always available, room was super clean, blackout curtains are amazing! We stayed for 2 nights and it was the weekend. Saturday night a lot of people started to arrive around 2-4am, a lot of noise in the hallways and from our neighbors. Everything was fine but rooms are not quiet at all. Had to sleep with my airpods. I know there are not such thing as “quiet hotels” But just bring something with you, apparently there are no “rules” in the hotel (no one told them anything)… and not everyone has the “courtesy” to remember they are not alone in a hotel.

Travellers should know that despite FREE wifi being listed as an amenity on the Expedia website the hotel will NOT provide it unless you sign up for their rewards program (and flood of emails). If you don't sign up then there's no free wifi and you have to pay a not insignificant fee. I showed the Expedia listing that said "free in room wifi" to two front desk clerks and neither of them wished to honor my request. Never again.
