The hotel had some physical issues, right outside our room in the hallway there looked to be a bad water leak that had poor repair. The heater in the room was extremely loud, and we couldn’t use it. The hotel was a good, cheaper one night before our flight stay though.

It's really close to the airport and it offers a shuttle. What I didn't like was the staff's reception.l, which behave in a very unwelcoming way. Another thing I didn't like is that the rooms are not sound proof. I could hear people talking and walking all night long, and I am a deep sleeper.

Everything was great! I have problems with pictures that are hung and not level. When the TV was hung on the wall it the TV was level but not centered on the board that framed it, the board framing the TV was not level.

It took about 45 minutes to get checked in and a key to my room because the system kept shutting down. There was only one person working the desk during the day. When I asked where the manager was, sign said manager on site daily, I was told they weren't there. This poor guy was doing the best he could with his knowledge but the only support he had was via text message. People standing in line to check in behind me.
