Our check -in was seamless! LaQuetta was great and very understanding about my reservations. She's nice and approachable. She answered all our questions and gave us directions. The property was clean the staff was professional and friendly the only thing we had an issue with was the thermostat in the room was not working the staff accommodated us with extra blankets and handled the situation promptly the free breakfast was very good.

Overall dirty and exorbitant price. Someone’s dirty socks were balled up in closet. Floors in hallway and elevators are filthy. Walls in our room were dirty. Most disappointing was non existent shuttle from this hotel to Winstar as listed online.
