"Enjoyed our stay! Very relaxing property! Lots of renovates going on and would like to come back when it’s done to see the improvements. Only complaint was to have someone make sure that kids stay out of the adults only pool area and to open that bar. "

"We booked another hotel walking in and it was old and outdated, nothing like the pictures. We left without checking in and reserved the Contessa while still in the other hotels lobby. When we arrived at Contessa, greeted by friendly valet, walked in to a beautiful lobby with a Mariachi band playing. Check in was easy, hotel was everything we hoped for and much more. Staying at the Contessa saved our weekend getaway!"

"The mandatory bell service is very annoying. Both arriving and leaving, we were in a rush (arriving because we were only staying one night and wanted the kids to experience the pool) and leaving because I had just found out my dad was close to passing and I needed to get to the airport asap. Both times, we had to wait on the darn bellman with the dolly, which really upset me. Guests should have the option to take up their own luggage. It’s really offensive that this is not an option.
