Loud music all night—no one answered phone. Then around 3:30 someone was in the parking lot with loud music, booming bass, and loud voices under out window and no one answered the phone. He got dressed and went downstairs to the checking desk and waited for at least 10 minutes (sign said they were helping a guest) and no one ever came to the desk. We will not visit this hotel again.

For some reason, a deposit is required, not (may happen) (it will happen and be posted at the desk) along with a ton of reasons for not getting it returned when you check in. For some reason this hotel doesn't feel like it is necessary to be forthcoming and put it a part of the pricing. My wife and I were very tired and ready to go to sleep till we showed up to check in, just to walk in on an argument in process with another customer over extra charge that is not part of the listing price. You will find out upon arrival and check in. This is completely unacceptable!!! If you are going to charge a deposit, then put it in the pricing.
