"Several times callas were made from a suite regarding empty bottles in the the key locked bar. Nothing was done!! Several bottles were empty and I waited and waited…nobody showed. As I left for a few hours for the night to go out, I asked front desk to please reset all the glasses and ice please for when we come back. NOTHING was done! Very dissatisfied with paying for a suite and no response made from ANYONE!!! "

"The facility was beautiful, but the bedrooms smelled like there was a plumbing problem. We were there with family and their rooms had the same issue, one of the rooms did not have hot water."
