"This was my first visit to this property and I truly enjoyed my stay. The only downside is the construction outside, makes for a difficult walk into downtown. However, construction will eventually finish, but if the hotel suffers to please guests then the construction isn't the issue. The staff has been accomodating and very friendly. The room is fantastic, spacious, comfortable, clean, and exactly what I needed for the night. "

"Our stay was great & the staff was wonderful. The only hiccup occurred while I was unloading our luggage. With parking almost impossible to find we had no choice but to use valet parking. With the tailgate down on our truck I leaned on it to get the last of my luggage when the valet driver suddenly took off! It was a bit of a jolt to say the least! Praise the Lord he didn’t back up or he would have ran me over! The only damage done was to my large Yeti cup and a little to my cane. In hotels...

"The rooms are clean and check-in process was easy, however I am rating 4/5 stars because of overall quality of customer service. A keycard is required to check-in upon arrival, and we had to wait outside for about 10 minutes because there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to let us in. We arrived around 3pm, which is check in time. If you have a late flight, they are likely not able to hold your luggages for you after you check out. "
