"property is about the condition you would expect for the price. Basic and a little run down with some things that need repair. However, the service was exceptional and the place was very clean, which is what I really care about. There's many food and drink options within walking distance so I'll certainly stay here again."

"Gary was an excellent bellman. He provided me with all the information I needed to know. Hotel was fabulous. A bit pricey, but lived up to expectations. Your staff for the valet was also excellent. They were very attentive to my needs (I had a lot of bags to load and unload). Will definitely look for a Hyatt Regency when traveling. "
