"I actually loved this hotel, the room was the biggest of any we booked in Japan and was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that this location is in more of a business area and slightly further away from any entertainment. However, there is a shopping area nearby as well as food options and the Iidabashi train station a block or two away. I will definitely book this hotel chain again maybe just not this specific location. But it was a great stay! "

"Lovely hotel, spacious rooms with amenities provided, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The location is good if you like to go out drinking, clubbing etc however it is in the kind of red light district with love hotels everywhere so keep that in mind before booking. Overall 9/10"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Shinjuku Washington Hotel Annex. The room size was good for a Japanese hotel, and the tunnel access directly from Shinjuku Station was a huge convenience on cold rainy/windy days. The bathroom was adequate but felt similar to those in lower-priced 3-star hotels. Despite this, the hotel's convenient location and comfortable rooms make it a worthwhile option in Shinjuku."
