Some people complained the room was small but we booked a double room and it was bigger than most hotel rooms we’ve stayed in in Japan with a desk and plenty of room to open our suitcases. "A very busy hotel but an excellent stay nonetheless. My advice for anybody booking this hotel is that the executive lounge access is well worth it. The breakfast in the morning is very good and needed as there are few restaurants that open that early in Tokyo. The shuttle to Shinjuku station is also an excellent service and extremely punctual. I had packages from Amazon delivered to concierge without issue and you are notified once your package arrives. Highly recommend!"
