"Had an excellent stay at the Tokyu Stay! The room was unexpectedly large and had a washing machine and small kitchenette which came in handy. In a quiet area but easily walkable to nearby stations. Clean towels and tidy up provided daily at no extra charge but room was not cleaned/made up daily as with some other hotels. "

"Honestly I was nervous reading some of the bad reviews, but it was a perfect stay. Some people complained the room was small but we booked a double room and it was bigger than most hotel rooms we’ve stayed in in Japan with a desk and plenty of room to open our suitcases. "A very busy hotel but an excellent stay nonetheless. My advice for anybody booking this hotel is that the executive lounge access is well worth it. The breakfast in the morning is very good and needed as there are few restaurants that open that early in Tokyo. The shuttle to Shinjuku station is also an excellent service and extremely punctual. I had packages from Amazon delivered to concierge without issue and you are notified once your package arrives. Highly recommend!"
