"Crown Plaza exceeded my expectations by all means. I felt home for a rather long stay of six nights. One bonus thing was the Greek taverns for good food and two grocery stores nearby. Access to public transport is easy, Art Institute is a mere 15 minutes by bus. The only down side is the highway noise, which is something to keep in mind if you are too sensitive about it for your sleep. Finally, the cafe/rest in the lobby is just for the occassion. Enjoy your stay."

"What I didn’t like is being charged a holding fee per night I stayed, that’s pretty expensive and most places charge one fee for incidentals so to charge someone 75 bucks per night is really insane, and then to hold on to it for a week is also insane I liked the place but for this reason I will never stay here again "

"Staff was amazing and accommodating. Breakfast/Communal area was tidy and clean. Room was efficient and clean. Parking saved us $ because we attended an event at the United center where parking was $60. The United center is a 10 minute walk and the restaurant across the street had a shuttle. Overall just a great place to stay. "
