The staff was also so friendly as well. I have to give Graciela a big shout out — I left my glasses in the lobby while I was checking out, she was so understanding and made it possible that I could get my glasses shipped to me within a few hours. "Overall we had a great stay. Very clean, rooms were beautiful, gym was big and really nice. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and nice. Lobby was very nice and cozy. Only complaints were parking was VERY expensive ($90/night), and the breakfast/room service were quite expensive too. That being said, our room service food was very tasty and we were given large portions. Literal perfect location 1 block from Michigan Ave. Would stay again!"
