"When I arrived I got checked in with no issues I had a one bedroom king no issues there only thing I didn’t like was I needed to leave by 4am got told they don’t open valet till 5am so I made a exception to stay but only for me to be told in about 10 min called twice more just for them to say by this time it’s 530am it’s been ready it’s across the street I was never told that I had to come over and pick it I dropped it off in from of the hotel"

"Hotel is beautiful! However, there were minor things I noticed that they should pay attention too including the shower curtains which were noticeable destroyed. Staff at this hotel was great. The breakfast is a small selection of items but they are within walking distance of some great coffee shops."

"This was a great location. About a half block from the “L” and minutes from bus transportation. The rooms were very cozy and comfortable. Loved the decor of the hotel and rooms. My 9 year old enjoyed all of the graphic art on doors like the emergency exit and ice machine. And the record albums in the elevators. And great price for location. Walking distance to UNO Pizza and Lou Manalti’s. Would definitely stay here again."

"Room was gorgeous and very spacious. Great location. Negatives: Attendants at the front desk were not the friendliest, lobby bar was closed and parking was pricey. Thin walls - could hear sirens all night. "

"The staff was friendly. Made sure my stay was comfortable. The room was decent for the price . The only downsize was the bathroom area. It’s more of a barn style and there really isn’t any privacy . There is a curtain to close off the view from the room to shower . The side door closes from closet to bathroom. Overall it’s a nice room . If you’re looking for a quick overnight stay . "

"First time in the chi…. The wife and I enjoyed everything and I mean literally everything about this hotel. When we revisited we will definitely be staying here again. Idk what else other hotels have to offer and I don’t wanna find out. This spot is definitely 10 of 10 especially for the price. Keep up the excellent work!"

"The property was in the perfect location and was very clean. My only complaints was the bed was very stiff and the room was very hot and we could not get it to cool down at all, even with the thermostat to off it was 77 degrees in the room."
