"This is my most favourite hotel in Japan trip. very reasonable price Location is alway best for convenience if you use public transportation Fast check in and out Supper friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is delicious! Only thing you need to be aware of that if you have lots of luggage you need to size down or well organized in order to keep the room tidy while stay . The room is small but well arrange and adequate. Most of the time we spent time to discover places so that matter weren’t bother me at all especially for their fair price! "Cross X Hotel was an incredible experience for my husband and I. All the staff there were incredibly welcoming and made our Osaka experience so positive. The rooms were sized generously, the bed was comfortable and the room was super clean. The location is fantastic and 2 minutes walk from the Dontonburi attractions. I’d definitely be booking this hotel again the next time we visit Japan and I’d be recommending this hotel to all our friends. "
