"This resort is no longer open, however we were not notified by E prior to arriving onsite after booking well in advance. Luckily the staff were very nice and explained the situation, but we had to make last minute accommodations to stay elsewhere which was not fun after a long day of traveling. Lesson learned: either book directly or confirm bookings outside of Expedia since their notification system is not reliable."

"You were here to visit our children and grandchildren who live about five minutes down the road in Mountain View. The instructions to get in were perfect. House is beautiful. Even better than the pictures. Beautifully stocked. Beautifully decorated. We found it easy to maneuver and the extra things like bathrobes and shower supplies were lovely! It is refreshing that you have very nice quality linens, decor etc. We don’t always have that sometimes when we travel. The neighbors were so friendly...
