Luckily the staff were very nice and explained the situation, but we had to make last minute accommodations to stay elsewhere which was not fun after a long day of traveling. Lesson learned: either book directly or confirm bookings outside of Expedia since their notification system is not reliable."

"We loved our few days in this beautiful jungle setting. We enjoyed our time away from the hustle and bustle of the city and resorts and the privacy of the jungle setting. The screened in lanai was a wonderful place to relax and listen to all the birds, frogs and rain. The inside of the cabin was comfortable and cozy with ceiling fans that keep the temperature tolerable.
