"Check i was horrible. Came in at 11:00 a.m. which i know is early. I was able to store my bags with no issues. I was looking at only being here for a few hours for I had a palne to catch later this evening. I was told to come back at 3:00 and get my room. Came back at 3:00 and no room. I told them I had to leave at 6P:00 for the airport. Wanted a nap and a shower. I did not get a room until until 4:30 as well as many others in the lobby. Many were unhappy. The room was nice and clean. Loved it...

"Very quiet culdesac right on the beach. Kaanapali beach is one of the best - walk for miles on perfect sand, and good snorkeling. Most low-rise buildings are set back quite a ways so you can't see the beach. Very helpful front desk staff and lobby has been fully renovated. Hotel was probably built in the 70s judging some popcorn ceilings. Rooms are probably a mixed bag depending what you get. Ours had an updated kitchen with real stone counters, but the bathroom had old tile shower with...

"It was good for the price if you are in a budget with a big family. They accommodated us in 1queen and 4 twins. They only thing is that they don’t clean the room every day and the restroom door is not wide enough for a wheelchair. "

"This hotel offers a lot of amenities like; beach chairs, beach towels and I think an umbrella. The staff is very friendly and they felt more like family to me. Whenever my daughter and I are in Waikiki, we plan to always stay at this hotel. The bed is very comfortable and the staff is always there 24/7 if you need any assistance. 10/10 would recommend "
