"This resort is no longer open, however we were not notified by E prior to arriving onsite after booking well in advance. Luckily the staff were very nice and explained the situation, but we had to make last minute accommodations to stay elsewhere which was not fun after a long day of traveling. Lesson learned: either book directly or confirm bookings outside of Expedia since their notification system is not reliable."

"We loved our few days in this beautiful jungle setting. We enjoyed our time away from the hustle and bustle of the city and resorts and the privacy of the jungle setting. The screened in lanai was a wonderful place to relax and listen to all the birds, frogs and rain. The inside of the cabin was comfortable and cozy with ceiling fans that keep the temperature tolerable. "This property is an unusual little gem tucked away in the rainforest. The host has created nicely appointed, comfortable guest cabins. The cabins, the shared kitchen/dining building and the grounds are well maintained and artistically decorated. The host clearly cares deeply about what she is creating for her guests.The price was quite reasonable. "Excellent stay and a get place to stay at if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle. The house is in the countryside and the road is a bit of a rollercoaster to get to it, but it is well worth it. There are many places in close proximity(20 to 30) where you don’t feel like you are too far away. Highly recommend."
