"This was my first visit to this property (and Kauai) for a solo business trip, the property is adjacent to the Outrigger which is where the resorts amenities are located, the Beach Villas share their amenities. I had a corner room with a balcony very close to the Outrigger so that was very convenient. "Wifi password should be posted within the room. Need bidet in the bathroom. I shouldn't have to take out my own trash. Checkout should be at 12pm since check in was at 4pm. Security guard was helpful and professional "

"We've stayed in the Waikoloa Beach area many times, and this unit is situated very close to to the King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace. This makes shopping and dining very easy, a quick walk across the street. The unit was clean and spacious, with a good size lanai with a built-in BBQ grill. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Reviews I read hinted at how wonderful this place is and it's true and then some. The grounds, furnishings, equipment, kitchen, and everything you would want in a home to be comfortable were there. So many nice touches and if you want to cook some or all of your meals, you will have no problem having everything you need include a BBQ grill. I only wish we had more time to make use of all the house had to offer. The beach is just a three minute walk to the south and two minute walk to the north...
