"We enjoyed our stay. Well laid out property and fun decor. Room was very comfortable. Only complaint is that we were there 4 nights and never had room cleaned so garbage piled up a bit. Pools were nice especially hot tubs and lazy river. "

"Very happy overall, considering it is one of the cheaper official Universal properties. The walls are very thin; you can hear everything in the rooms around and above you. Clean property, friendly and helpful staff, and great amenities for the price. There is a ~7 minute shuttle dedicated to Surfside that goes to and from CityWalk (which also connects to Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios). The shuttle was regular, but didn’t seem as frequent as the other hotels. Overall, a great...

"The location and water taxi to Universal is key! The room needed new quilts (had some loose threading) and new carpets (our room had stains). The staff were great and I loved room service 24x7 after some long days. "
