"Loved how close the area was to everything we needed! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The only thing that I didn’t love was the cost of the valet, I didn’t realize it was valet only when I made the reservation but we didn’t have to drive anywhere so it ended up being fine. The coffee shop being downstairs was super convenient and delicious! Overall a great experience! "

"Nice clean place. Family and dog friendly. Pool and hot tub were a nice amenity. Refillable water stations was nice. The restaurant was really good. Slow flow toilet we had to get them to fix but otherwise our stay was fine. Our window view was of the side of an adjacent building so it wasn’t great but I’m sure not others wouldn’t mind. Lots to walk too for pastries, coffee and restaurants."

"Solid hotel option! We don’t have kids, but it seemed very family friendly if needed. Beds were comfy, staff was nice. Good location for Monterey and Carmel!"

"We paid for an upgraded room. It hadn’t been updated in 50 years. Sink faucet dripped all night. Counter was chipped. Tile surround in tub was moldy. Floor by bathtub was damaged. The room stunk of mildew and old fireplace smoke when we first walked in. Could hear the plumbing and fan in room above us. It did feel safe and had a good view out the slider. "
