The staff member that greeted us upon arrival was very friendly and courteous. There was always a parking space in the underground lot. Our room was clean, a bit outdated but it’s just a resting place. We will definitely stay there again. Exceptional location.

This hotel has become one of our regular choices. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a walk away from downtown Monterey. The receptionist was incredibly nice, which truly added to our overall experience.

Under circumstances out of my control I was not able to stay at the Stevenson 2 nights . I drove to Monterey to stay there 1 night . I explained the situation to them and you and neither one of cared . You still charged me for a night I didn’t stay at the Stevenson .

My daughter and I had a great stay at the Stevenson while visit Monterey for the 1/2 marathon this past weekend. Check in was great, the room was nice and served our purpose and was within walking distance to the race. Thank you!

Room was super clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got a ground floor room with parking right in front of the room. I'm sure during busier times you would have to park in the garage. They even let us leave our car there the next day while we did a whale watching tour. Super nice shower and very clean. Only down side was the heating and cooling unit was easy to switch from heat to cooling when we just were trying to get the heat to stay on low. Definitely would stay here again!
