I wasn’t allowed to cancel my booking last night or this morning it wasn’t even a option on the Expedia site and then when I tried asking Expedia they said it was the responsibility of me and the hotel but when I contacted the hotel I was told to go through Expedia to cancel the booking so I was just being lied to by both parties I had to cancel because of bad weather

Pros are good location good customer service and good price. Cons are horrible bed that was sinking, loose toilet that wobbled,cheap towels,cheap soap, and the shower pressure was not great. All in all budget friendly but I would probably not book this place again.

The room was clean. Quiet area. location was good, mall nearby, Thia restaurant next door. Not to do far from downtown area great if you have a vehicle. parking was tight that only down fall. other than that, I recommended the stay.
