"gorgeous hotel. great view with a balcony. great restaurants. wasn't sure if I was supposed to tip the bell boy who brought our bags to the room. Metro stop is right in front of the hotel. Convenient limo-bus to Haneda on our departure day. Will stay here again."

"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

"I chose the Japanese-style room which made my stay experience so much better. Room is beautifully-decorated in wood furnishing and ameneties are provided with great details. Hotel has a restaurant so it is very convenient for late arrival or coming back late from a bus tour. Hotel location is right next to Roppongi Hills which offers various high-end shopping and dining experience."
