"The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and almost perfect with regards to its cleanliness, service, and price. There are two issues though. I travelled in April and Japan was still cold on most days. The hotel kept the air conditioner (AC) on all night. It took them two days to turn on the heat but on the fifth day, they went back to the AC and said they were not allowed to turn the heat on again. Those cold nights were uncomfortable. "This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff are courteous and very helpful. The location is close to some sites and the Shimbashi station. The rooms are large and well furnished."

"It would be better if you can offer an airport shuttle service to and from the hotel. The airport limousine bus does not travel to your hotel from the airport after a certain time which does not help for people with later flights at night. Also, giving directions on how to go to your hotel on the trains may be helpful as well. "

"I enjoyed the location very close to several food options! Very convenient being near the train station. Clean hotel very kind staff & comfortable! Laundry room was easy to use has a washer dryer combo in one so made it extra easy to wash one complete load! "
