"The hotel is inside a mall and access to it was very confusing, also only a side door is open at night with very minimal security, it felt weird to go in and out at night. Other than that it was nice and clean. Also, walls are soooooo thin, I literally heard the next door people doing the thing in the morning… 😅"

Best Western Majestic

3.0 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (1005)
"I hadn't been back here in a number of years but it was always my go-to hotel in Mexico City. I always loved staying here because it's location is prime and the restaurant overlooking the zocalo is still one of my favorites in the area. We were on the 5th floor and the internet was not all it should have been. We could always get access down in the lobby but they need to do some work done to get a stronger internet signal thoughout the hotel. The staff is very helpful, there's a coffee machine...
